Two Miami football stars are making big real estate plays. NFL legend Frank Gore, 36, has listed his Florida home, on Stoneway Court in Davie, for $1.8 million. The veteran Buffalo Bills running back has strong ties to the Sunshine State: He played for the University of Miami and the Miami Dolphins.
His five-bedroom, six-bathroom home includes a chef’s kitchen, home theater, game room and bar with several large TVs for watching Sunday football. There’s also an oversized master suite with views of the pool and lake. Outdoor space includes a summer kitchen, half-size basketball court, pool and a spa overlooking the water. Gore bought the home for around $1 million in 2014. Sources say he loves the home but no longer needs it now that he’s playing for the Bills. Kimberly Knausz of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
Meanwhile, Houston Texans wide receiver and former Miami Dolphins player Kenny Stills, 27, has just listed his Fort Lauderdale home for $2.8 million. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home sits on just under an acre, with gorgeous water views. The interior features high ceilings and marble floors, while the exterior features a heated pool and 420 feet of waterfront. The listing broker is also Knausz.
That broker brothers Oren and Tal Alexander are launching Access by The Alexander Team, which will offer clients premier access to restaurants, hotels, curated events, trips and “trusted local referrals to the top schools, hospitals, doctors and more” in New York; Miami; Aspen, Colorado; Havana, Cuba; St. Moritz, Switzerland; and St. Barth’s.
